- Great sounding earphone is most music genres, with good details, separation, soundstage and bass. It sounds warm but not too warm. I recommend using KZ eartips on this one to make the mids sound nicer.
- The cable is really good, extraordinary for the price, but what I feel I have to point is the exceptional, premium customer service. The first package was lost in transit, but with confusing information, as SG Post said it had been delivered, but it was not, as reflected in the spanish carrier. The seller has been very supportive all the time, extending the protection period and sending immediately a new unit when I confirmed the carriers were not providing a solution. Overall, customer service is 6/5, if that would be possible. Really recommended.
