Canada Post has suspended its delivery commitment service due to a serious backlog of postal services due to the escalation of the Canadian Postal Union’s strike. Affected by this incident, all Canadian roads will stop receiving & Senging mail on the same day.

To Brazil Customers

From 27th Aug.
 
Brazil Customs will charge tax from every overseas parcel by post office.
 
It’s about 15BR When a parcel declare price is less than 50$.
 
If it’s over 50$ ,they will make a separate declaration,and charge BRR 15 customs fee.
 
Hope you can pay corresponding tax when the parcel arrived,as it’s the duty of every citizen. or pls do not order it , cause if you reject and the parcel return to us,the Aliexpress will refund you part of the money(not include shipping fee) when we get the returned parcel.

1. After You placing a order, if you found the tracking information shows "Shipment pickup failure", please do not worry, the logistic information will be updated in 3-10 days.
 
2. But If you found the logistic information shows "shipment cancel", Please contact us, We will check it and give you a New Right Tracking Number.

4. If you do not received the package in 60 days. (90 days for Brazil /Chile etc), The package may be lost on the way or other customs reasons. please contact us first rather than opening a dispute.
 
5. ALI Economy class shipping with favorable shipping fee but no delivered information which can only track before leaving China.If you have not received the goods within 60 days, please contact the destination port first. If not, please contact customer service for follow-up.
